4种实蝇触角感受器超微结构

The ultrastructure of antennae sensilla of four species of Tephritidae

摘要 具条实蝇(Bactrocera scutellata)、南瓜实蝇(Bactrocera tau)、桔小实蝇(Bactrocera dorsalis)和三点棍腹实蝇(Dacus trimacula)均为进境植物检疫性害虫。目前,对于实蝇触角的超微结构已有初步报道,但这几种实蝇触角上的感受器尚未得到全面研究。本文采用扫描电镜对具条实蝇、南瓜实蝇、桔小实蝇和三点棍腹实蝇触角的机械与化学感受器的超微结构开展研究,共观察到4种化学感受器类型,分别为毛形感受器、锥形感受器、腔锥形感受器和腔形感受器,以及2种机械感受器,即刺形和微毛形感受器。此外,通过对比不同种实蝇触角与感受器形态,发现三点棍腹实蝇触角柄节与梗节明显长于具条实蝇、南瓜实蝇和桔小实蝇,并在鞭节具有其他实蝇所不具备的腔形感受器。 Bactrocera scutellata,Bactrocera tau,Bactrocera dorsalis and Dacus trimacula are imported plant quarantine pests.Currently,although there have been preliminary reports on the ultrastructure of fruit flies antennae,the sensilla on the antennae of these specific species have not yet been thoroughly studied.In this study,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was employed to explore the ultrastructure of the mechanical and chemical sensilla of the antennae of Bactrocera scutellata,Bactrocera tau,Bactrocera dorsalis and Dacus trimacula.Four types of chemical sensilla were observed,including sensilla trichodea,sensilla basiconca,sensilla coeloconica and sensilla cavity,as well as two types of mechanical sensilla,including microtrichia and sensilla chaetica.Furthermore,the antennae and receptors of Bactrocera scutellata,Bactrocera tau,Bactrocera dorsalis and Dacus trimacula were compared,we found that the scape and pedicel of Dacus trimacula is significantly longer than Bactrocera scutellata,Bactrocera tau and Bactrocera dorsalis and Dacus trimacula has sensilla cavity that the others do not have.
