中等职业学校高学历教师分布的地区差异

Regional Differences in Highly Educated Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools

摘要 基于2011—2020年省级面板数据,分析了我国中等职业学校高学历教师分布的地区差异。研究发现,中等职业学校高学历教师分布存在明显的地区差异,京津沪占比最高,其次是东部和西部,中部占比最低,地区差异越来越大;中等职业学校高学历教师分布受到经济发展程度、城镇化率、教师人均工资和生均教育经费的影响;在经济发达、城镇化率高、教师人均工资和生均教育经费高的省份,中等职业学校高学历教师占比增长明显;在经济欠发达、城镇化率不高、教师人均工资和生均教育经费较低的省份,中等职业学校高学历教师占比增长缓慢,部分省份出现高学历教师流失现象。对于经济欠发达省份,要提供适应高学历教师发展的平台,构建有吸引力的激励机制,以此吸引并留住高学历教师。 Based on provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020,this paper analyzes the regional differences and impact mechanisms of the proportion of highly educated teachers in secondary vocational schools in China.Research has found that there are significantly regional differences in the proportion of highly educated teachers in secondary vocational schools,with the highest proportion in Beijing,Tianjin and Shanghai,followed by the eastern and western regions and the lowest proportion in the central region with increasingly regional differences.The proportion of highly educated teachers in secondary vocational schools is influenced by economic development,the urbanization rate,the per capita salary of teachers and per student education expenditure.Provinces with developed economies,high urbanization rates,high per capita teacher salaries and high per student education expenditure have seen a significant increase in the proportion of highly educated teachers in secondary vocational schools.Provinces with underdeveloped economies,low urbanization rates,low per capita teacher salaries and low per student education expenditure have seen slow growth in the proportion of highly educated teachers in secondary vocational schools,with some provinces experiencing a loss of highly educated teachers.For economically underdeveloped provinces,it is necessary to provide a platform that adapts to the development of highly educated teachers and constructs incentive mechanisms to attract and retain highly educated teachers.
