摘要
基于微观企业数据,文章对南昌市生产性服务业在2012—2023年间的空间特征及其演变进行了测算分析。研究表明:空间分布上,南昌市生产性服务业整体上从传统中心城区向新城区和外围城区扩散。空间集聚上,南昌市生产性服务业经历了先扩散后集聚的变化过程,资本与技术密集型生产性服务业的空间集聚程度高于劳动密集型,且各细分产业空间变化特征差异明显。空间分工上,传统中心城区更加多样化,新城区和外围城区更加专业化,整体上多样化发展趋势更加明显。同时,各地区更加专注于劳动密集型生产性服务业,专业化指数相对较高的地区主要优势产业更为集中。根据测算分析结果,文章提出了南昌市优化生产性服务业空间结构的相应政策建议。
This paper uses micro enterprise data to calculate and analyze the spatial characteristics evolution of the productive service industry in Nanchang from 2012 to 2023.The main conclusions of the research are as follows:in terms of spatial distribution,the productive service industry in Nanchang has spread from the traditional central urban area to the new urban area and peripheral urban areas.In terms of spatial agglomeration,the productive service industry in Nanchang has undergone a process of diffusion followed by agglomeration,the spatial agglomeration degree of capital-intensive and technology-intensive productive service industry is higher than that of labor-intensive productive service industry,and there are significant differences in the spatial changes of sub-industries in the productive service sector.In terms of spatial division,the traditional central urban area is more diversified,while the new urban area and peripheral urban areas are more specialized,the trend towards diversification is more obvious.In addition,more areas focus on labor-intensive productive service industries,and areas with relatively high specialization often have more concentrated main advantageous industries.Based on the conclusions,corresponding policy recommendations have been proposed.
