新质生产力背景下广西教育、科技、人才“三位一体”协同融合研究 被引量:1

Research on the“Three in One”collaborative integration of education,science and technology,and talent in Guangxi under the new quality productive forces paradigm

摘要 在全球化与信息化的驱动下,“新质生产力”这一概念应运而生,标志着生产力由传统模式向更高效、智能、绿色的方向转型,这一生产力形态的变革对教育、科技与人才的深度融合提出了新的要求。文章立足新质生产力背景,探讨广西教育、科技与人才“三位一体”协同融合的机制以及如何在新质生产力的推动下优化广西的教育、科技与人才协同发展。通过文献综述、理论框架构建、数据收集与分析,结合案例研究和政策分析,揭示广西当前在教育、科技与人才融合上的现状与问题。研究发现,广西在教育、科技与人才的融合方面存在资源整合不足、政策支持不力等问题。建议加强区域内教育与科技合作、完善人才培养机制、优化政策环境等。研究成果丰富了新质生产力及“三位一体”协同发展的理论框架,为广西提升区域创新能力与经济竞争力提供了理论借鉴和实践指导。 Under the impetus of globalization and informatization,the concept of“new quality productive forces”has emerged,marking a transition in productivity from traditional models to more efficient,intelligent,and sustainable forms.This transformation imposes new requirements for the deep integration of education,science and technology,and talent.Based on the context of the new quality productive forces,this study investigates the mechanisms of the“Three in One”among education,science and technology,and talent in Guangxi,and explores strategies to optimize their collaborative development under its influence.Through a review of relevant literature,the construction of theoretical frameworks,data collection and analysis,and a combination of case studies and policy analysis,the study uncovers the current state and challenges in the integration of education,science and technology,and talent in Guangxi.The findings reveal issues such as insufficient resource integration and inadequate policy support.To address these challenges,the study proposes strengthening regional collaboration between education and science and technology,enhancing talent identification and cultivation mechanisms,and optimizing the policy environment.This research enriches the theoretical framework of the new quality productive force and triadic synergy,offering theoretical insights and practical guidance for Guangxi to enhance its regional innovation capacity and economic competitiveness.
