再生医学在创伤性视神经损伤修复中的应用研究进展

摘要 创伤性视神经损伤通常由直接或间接的机械损伤引起,影响视神经及其相关结构,从而导致视网膜神经节细胞死亡,目前尚无标准的治疗方案。再生医学作为一种有前景的损伤修复手段,逐渐引起了科学界的广泛关注。现有研究表明,再生医学在视神经损伤后的修复和再生过程中发挥着重要作用,通过促进神经元的生长、修复受损组织及调节神经炎症反应等多种机制,为受损的视神经提供了潜在的恢复路径。尽管目前已有一些临床前研究显示出再生医学技术在视神经损伤修复中的积极效果,但其临床应用尚处于探索阶段,仍面临诸多挑战和不确定性。本文旨在综述再生医学技术在视神经损伤修复中的应用现状,探讨其相关机制、已完成的临床前研究以及未来的临床应用前景,以期为后续的研究和临床应用提供理论依据和参考。 Traumatic optic neuropathy(TON)typically results from either direct or indirect mechanical damage,impacting the optic nerve and its associated structures and ultimately leading to the death of retinal ganglion cells.At present,there is no standard treatment protocol for this condition.As a promising approach for tissue repair,regenerative medicine has garnered increasing attention from the scientific community.Existing research indicates that regenerative medicine holds significant potential in facilitating the repair and regeneration of the optic nerve following injury.It offers a potential pathway for the recovery of injured optic nerves by promoting neuronal growth,repairing damaged tissues,and modulating neuroinflammatory responses.While preclinical studies have demonstrated the positive effects of regenerative medicine on optic nerve repair,its clinical application remains in exploration and still faces numerous challenges and uncertainties.This review aims to examine the current status of the application of regenerative medicine to optic nerve repair,discuss its underlying mechanisms,summarize completed preclinical studies,and explore future clinical application prospects.It can provides a theoretical foundation and reference for subsequent research and clinical translation.
