摘要
An efficient copper-catalyzed regioselective acyloxy-trifluoromethylation of allenamides using Togni'sⅡreagent as the source of both the trifluoromethyl and acyloxy moieties was developed to create a workable route to CF_(3)-substituted allylic esters.The reaction exhibited good functional group tolerance and high efficiency,affording the products in moderate to good yields.Mechanistic investigations indicated a radical process was likely involved in this transformation.
本文报道了一种通过铜催化联烯胺与Togni'sⅡ试剂的区域选择性三氟甲基化酯化反应合成三氟甲基取代的烯丙基酯衍生物的方法。在该反应中,Togni'sⅡ试剂同时作为三氟甲基源和酯基源。该方法底物普适性好,效率高,以较好的产率得到一系列三氟甲基化的烯丙基酯产物,机理验证实验证明该反应可能是通过自由基过程实现的。
