摘要
硅橡胶应用范围不断扩大,产品种类日益增多。但因硅橡胶本身不具备防火和阻燃性能,点燃后难以自熄,限制了其在较高安全要求、恶劣条件下的应用。本文总结了硅橡胶材料中常用的阻燃剂和防火填料研究进展,重点介绍了阻燃剂和防火填料对硅橡胶阻燃和陶瓷化性能的影响,并对硅橡胶未来的研究方向进行了展望。
Silicone rubber has a wide range of applications and an increasing variety of products.However,due to its lack of fire and flame retardant properties,silicone rubber is difficult to self-extinguish after ignition,which limits its application in higher safety and harsher envicron ment.The article summarizes the research progress of commonly used flame retardants and fireproof fillers in silicone rubber,focusing on the flame retardancy and ceramicization properties of silicone rubber.It also looks forward to the future research and development directions of silicone rubber.
