摘要
聚碳酸酯(PC)低温韧性和阻燃性差,且高分子量PC熔体黏度大,限制了PC的应用,亟需对PC进行改性,以改善上述性能从而拓宽其应用领域。本文介绍了共混改性、共聚改性、表面改性3种有机硅改性聚碳酸酯的方式,详细综述了聚碳酸酯中使用的其他有机硅材料,如PC增韧剂、PC阻燃剂、PC阻燃增效剂、PC光扩散剂、PC耐刮擦剂等,并展望了有机硅改性聚碳酸酯的未来发展方向。
Polycarbonate(PC)has poor toughness and flame retardancy,and PC with high molecular weight has high melt viscosity,which limit its application.It is urgent to modify PC to improve the properties and expand its applications.This article introduces modification of polycarbonate with silicone,i.e.blending modification,copolymerization,and surface modification.It also provides a comprehensive overview of other silicone materials used in polycarbonate,such as PC toughening agents,PC flame retardants,PC synergistic flame retardants,PC light diffusers,and PC scratch resistant agents.Furthermore,It outlines the future development direction of organosilicon modified polycarbonate.
