摘要
有机硅泡沫材料因其质轻、隔热和耐候等优点,广泛应用于新能源汽车、航空航天和机械电子等领域。然而,严苛的服役环境对材料的防火安全性提出了更高的要求。为此,多功能阻燃有机硅泡沫材料已成为当前的研究热点。本文介绍了有机硅泡沫材料常见的制备方法与应用领域,重点综述了近年来多功能阻燃有机硅泡沫材料的研究进展,并对有机硅泡沫的发展进行了展望。
Silicone foam is widely used in new energy vehicles,aerospace,mechatronics due to its advantages of light weight,heat insulation and weather resistance.However,the harsh environment imposes higher requirements on the fire safety of materials.Therefore,the study on multifunctional flame-retardant silicone foam has become one of the hot spots.It is introduced that the common preparation and application of silicone foam,and the research progress of the silicone foam in recent years,and the development of silicone foam is prospected.
