摘要
试验旨在探究墨脱野生牧草资源的营养价值。试验采集了西藏墨脱地区的100种野生植物,对其常规营养成分含量进行测定,并根据灰色关联度法对其营养价值进行综合评价。结果显示,野生牧草的粗蛋白(CP)含量为6.86%~27.00%,粗脂肪(EE)含量为7.63%~20.73%,粗纤维(CF)含量为10.61%~32.98%,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量为25.12%~59.83%,酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量为13.61%~45.72%,磷(P)含量为0.07%~0.49%,粗灰分(Ash)含量为3.56%~27.04%,相对饲喂价值(RFV)为91.72~288.03。由灰色关联度综合评价得出,加权关联度排名前4的品种为:大豆(0.7477)>金荞麦(0.7311)>杖藜(0.7132)>野茼蒿(0.6477)。研究表明,试验筛选出的优良牧草,可为后续西藏野生牧草资源利用提供参考。
The experiment was conducted to explore the nutritional value of wild forage resources in Motuo.A total of 100 wild plants were collected from Motuo,Xizang,and their conventional nutrient contents were determined.The nutritional value of these plants was then comprehensively evaluated using the grey relational analysis method.The results showed that the crude protein(CP)content of wild forage plants ranged from 6.86%to 27.00%,crude fat(EE)from 7.63%to 20.73%,crude fiber(CF)from 10.61%to 32.98%,neutral detergent fiber(NDF)from 25.12%to 59.83%,acid detergent fiber(ADF)from 13.61%to 45.72%,phosphorus(P)from 0.07%to 0.49%,crude ash(Ash)from 3.56%to 27.04%,and relative feed value(RFV)from 91.72 to 288.03.Based on the comprehensive evaluation using the grey relational analysis,the top four varieties ranked by weighted relational degree were:soybean(0.7477)>Fagopyrum tataricum(buckwheat)(0.7311)>Chenopodium giganteum(0.7132)>Chrysanthemum coronarium(0.6477).The study indicates that the excellent forage plants selected in this experiment can provide references for the utilization of wild forage resources in Xizang.
