摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平菊花粕对蛋鸭产蛋性能、蛋品质及血浆生化、抗氧化和脂质代谢指标的影响,为菊花粕在蛋鸭饲粮中的合理应用提供科学依据。选择健康、体重接近的280日龄福建龙岩麻鸭288只,随机分为4个组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸭。采用杂粕型基础饲粮,各组菊花粕添加水平分别为0(对照组)、2%、4%、6%。试验期12周。结果表明:1)第1~12周,2%、4%和6%菊花粕添加水平组的平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),4%和6%菊花粕添加水平组的料蛋比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)4%和6%菊花粕添加水平组的蛋黄色泽度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),6%菊花粕添加水平组的蛋壳强度和蛋壳重显著低于对照组(P<0.05),6%菊花粕添加水平组的蛋黄总胆固醇(T-CHO)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)6%菊花粕添加水平组的血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),6%菊花粕添加水平组的血浆总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著低于对照组(P<0.05),4%和6%菊花粕添加水平组的血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,以产蛋性能、蛋品质及血浆抗氧化指标为评价指标,杂粕型饲粮中菊花粕添加水平建议不超过2%。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding different levels of chrysanthemum meal to the diet on laying performance,egg quality and plasma biochemical,antioxidant and lipid metabolism indices of laying ducks,to provide a scientific basis for the rational application of chrysanthemum meal in the diet for laying ducks.Two hundred and eighty-eight healthy Longyan Ma ducks with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 12 ducks in each replicate.Using a miscellaneous meal type basal diet,and the supplemental levels of chrysanthemum meal in 4 groups were 0(control group),2%,4% and 6%,respectively.The trial period was 12 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)during weeks 1 to 12,the average daily feed intake of 2%,4% and 6% chrysanthemum meal supplemental level groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the feed to egg of 4% and 6% chrysanthemum meal supplemental level groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).2)The yolk color of 4%and 6% chrysanthemum meal supplemental level groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the eggshell strength and eggshell weight of 6% chrysanthemum meal supplemental level group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the yolk total cholesterol(T-CHO)content of the 6% chrysanthemum meal supplemental level group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3)The plasma glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity of 6% chrysanthemum meal supplemental level group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the plasma total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of 6% chrysanthemum meal supplemental level group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the plasma malondialdehyde(MDA)content of 4% and 6% chrysanthemum meal supplemental level groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,based on the evaluation indices of laying performance,egg quality and plasma antioxidant indices,it is recommended that the supplemental level of chrysanthemum meal in the miscellaneous meal type diet should not exceed 2%.
