饲粮中添加薏苡米糠对蛋鸡生产性能、肠道健康和免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Dietary Coix Rice Bran on Performance,Intestine Health and Immune Function of Laying Hens

摘要 本试验旨在探究饲粮中添加薏苡米糠对蛋鸡生产性能、肠道健康和免疫功能的影响。选用216只产蛋率和体重相近、健康的35周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加2.5%和5.0%薏苡米糠的饲粮。预试期1周,正试期12周。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2.5%薏苡米糠显著提高蛋鸡各阶段产蛋率(P<0.05),饲粮中添加5.0%薏苡米糠显著降低第1~4周和第1~12周平均日采食量(P<0.05)。2)饲粮中添加薏苡米糠对蛋鸡蛋品质无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2.5%薏苡米糠显著提高蛋鸡血清总蛋白、球蛋白和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量(P<0.05),显著降低血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2.5%和5.0%薏苡米糠均显著提高蛋鸡回肠绒毛高度(P<0.05);同时,2.5%薏苡米糠添加组回肠绒毛高度显著高于5.0%薏苡米糠添加组(P<0.05)。5)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2.5%和5.0%薏苡米糠均显著降低蛋鸡血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量(P<0.05),对胸腺指数、脾脏指数和法氏囊指数均无显著影响(P>0.05)。6)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2.5%和5.0%薏苡米糠显著降低蛋鸡肝脏诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05),饲粮中添加2.5%薏苡米糠显著提高肝脏白细胞介素-10(IL-10)mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05),饲粮中添加5.0%薏苡米糠显著降低肝脏TNF-αmRNA相对表达量(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加2.5%薏苡米糠可提高蛋鸡产蛋率,改善回肠形态和脂质代谢,并提高免疫功能。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary coix rice bran on performance,intestine health and immune function of laying hens.A total of 216 healthy 35-week-old Hy-Line brown laying hens with similar laying rate and body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 12 hens per replicate.The hens in the control group were fed a corn-soybean meal type basal diet,and the others in the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 2.5% and 5.0% coix rice bran,respectively.The pre-trial period was 1 week and the experimental period was 12 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,dietary 2.5% coix rice bran significantly increased the laying rate of laying hens at all stages(P<0.05),and dietary 5.0% coix rice bran significantly decreased the average daily feed intake from weeks 1 to 4 and 1 to 12(P<0.05).2)Dietary coix rice bran had no significant effects on egg quality of laying hens(P>0.05).3)Compared with the control group,dietary 2.5% coix rice bran significantly increased the contents of total protein,globulin and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum of laying hens(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol content in serum(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,dietary 2.5% and 5.0% coix rice bran significantly increased the villus height in ileum of laying hens(P<0.05);at the same time,the villus height in ileum in 2.5% coix rice bran supplemental group was significantly higher than that in 5.0% coix rice bran supplemental group(P<0.05).5)Compared with the control group,dietary 2.5% and 5.0% coix rice bran significantly decreased the tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)content in serum of laying hens(P<0.05),but had no significant effects on thymus index,spleen index and bursa of Fabricius index(P>0.05).6)Compared with the control group,dietary 2.5% and 5.0% coix rice bran significantly decreased the mRNA relative expression levels of induced nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in liver of laying hens(P<0.05),dietary 2.5% coix rice bran significantly increased the interleukin-10(IL-10)mRNA relative expression level in liver(P<0.05),and dietary 5.0% coix rice bran significantly decreased the TNF-α mRNA relative expression level in liver(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary 2.5% coix rice bran can increase the laying rate,improve the ileal morphology and lipid metabolism,and enhance immune function of laying hens.
