针织智能腕带传感数据采集及可视化设计实现 被引量:1

Design and Implementation of Data Acquisition and Visualization for Knitted Smart Sensing Wristband

摘要 近年来,柔性传感器的制备研究已经取得了很大进展,但在传感数据采集和可视化方面确实存在一些挑战。文章采用针织智能传感腕带、前级放大电路、滤波电路、A/D采样电路、核心处理器STM32单片机和LCD液晶显示屏搭建姿势检测系统,并对试验者进行姿势识别和数据采集及可视化。通过系统测量数据与人工测量结果对比表明,姿势检测系统的误差在允许范围内,系统最终测量结果和测量精确度能够达到预期效果,所设计制备的针织智能传感腕带能够反映试验者的手腕弯曲指标。 In recent years,a lot of progress has been made in the preparation of flexible sensors,but there are some challenges in sensing data acquisition and visualization.This study constructs the pose detection system by using knitted smart sensing wristband,front amplifier circuit,filter circuit,A/D sampling circuit,core processor STM32 microcontroller and LCD display screen,and performs pose recognition,data acquisition and visualization for the subjects.The comparison between the system measurement data and the human measurement results shows that the posture detection system's errors are within the allowable range,and the final system measurement results and measurement accuracy can achieve the expected effect,indicating that the knitted smart sensing wristband can reflect the wrist bending index of the trial subject.
