高中教育如何赋能学生发展——基于院校影响模型的实证分析

How High School Education Empowers Student Development-An Empirical Analysis Based on the I-E-O Model

摘要 研究基于院校影响模型,探讨高中阶段的学生发展基础、学校系统环境、学生个人经历与特色素养的关系及作用效果,旨在提升高中教育赋能学生发展的成效,促进学生全面而个性化发展。结果表明,学生发展基础、学校系统环境和个人经历对学生特色素养有显著影响。具体而言,学生成长主动性对学生特色素养有显著正向促进作用,父母自主支持仅对能力素养有显著促进;学校系统环境优化促进学生特色素养;在校个人经历优化对素养提升也有显著影响,其中课程设置优化显著正向预测学生特色素养的提升,环境优化仅提升学生公德素养,平台赋能优化则主要促进智慧素养的提升。 This study,grounded in the I-E-O model,explores the relationships and effects between students’developmental foundations,the school system environment,personal experiences and their distinctive competencies during high school education.The aim is to enhance the effectiveness of high school education in empowering students’growth and promoting their holistic and individualized development.The findings reveal that students’developmental foundations,the school system environment,and personal experiences significantly affect their distinctive competencies.Specifically,students’proactive engagement in their own growth has a significant positive impact on distinctive competency development while parental autonomous support mainly enhances ability-related competencies.Optimizing the school system environment promotes their distinctive competencies.Also enriching personal experiences during school life significantly contributes to competency enhancement,among which curriculum optimization positively predicts the improvement of students’distinctive competencies,environmental optimization enhances civic literacy,and platform empowerment boosts intellectual competencies.
