摘要
高水平人才队伍是科技创新的核心要素,实施人才强校战略是高职院校实现跨越式发展的根本保证。针对高职院校人才队伍建设存在的问题,高职院校要加强中国共产党对人才工作的全面领导,深化人才发展体制机制改革,拓宽高层次人才引进渠道,加大科技人才培养支持力度,构建立体、全面、多元的人才评价体系,营造识才爱才敬才用才的良好环境,激发各类人才创新活力,打造支撑、带动、引领区域创新发展的人才高地,为建设国内一流高职院校提供坚强的人才保障,为推动区域经济社会发展凝聚强大合力。
A high-level talent team is the core element of technological innovation,and implementing the talent strong school strategy is the fundamental guarantee for vocational colleges to achieve leapfrog development.In response to the problems in the construction of talent teams in vocational colleges,vocational colleges should strengthen the comprehensive leadership of the Party in talent work,deepen the reform of the talent development system and mechanism,broaden the channels for introducing high-level talents,increase support for scientific and technological talent cultivation,build a three-dimensional,comprehensive,and diverse talent evaluation system,create a good environment for recognizing,loving,respecting,and using talents,stimulate the innovative vitality of various talents,create a talent highland that supports,drives,and leads regional innovation and development,provide strong talent protection for building first-class vocational colleges in China,and gather strong joint forces to promote regional economic and social development.
