顶尖高度对多流束旋翼式水表计量特性的影响 被引量:1

The Influence of Tip Height on the Metrological Characteristics of Multi beam Rotorcraft Water Meters

摘要 在研究多流束旋翼式水表计量特性过程中,叶轮盒顶尖高度影响叶轮在水表内部所处的状态,进而影响计量误差。通过分析叶轮所受的驱动力矩和各项阻力矩,得出了多流束水表顶尖高度如何影响水表计量误差的变化规律,并通过试验加以验证。结果表明,叶轮盒顶尖高度对水表的计量误差产生较大影响:顶尖高度值增大时,水表的计量误差曲线整体向负方向偏移;顶尖高度值减小时,则曲线整体向正方向偏移,且这种偏移在不同流量点上的幅度各异。该研究结果对探究多流束旋翼式水表的计量特性具有一定的参考价值。 In the process of studying the measurement characteristics of multi beam rotor water meters,the height of the impeller box tip affects the state of the impeller inside the water meter,which in turn affects the measurement error.By analyzing the driving torque and various resistance torques acting on the impeller,the variation law of how the top height of the multi beam water meter affects the measurement error of the water meter was obtained,and verified through experiments.The results indicate that the top height of the impeller box has a significant impact on the measurement error of the water meter:as the top height value increases,the overall flow error curve of the water meter shifts to the negative direction.When the tip height value decreases,the curve as a whole shifts to the positive direction,and the magnitude of this shift varies at different flow points.The research results have certain reference value for exploring the metrological characteristics of multi beam rotor water meters.
