摘要
在积极老龄化战略目标的指导下,我国针对“养老助老”出台了各种方案政策,助推养老服务业的发展。其中,社区型养老设施与大型居住型养老设施相比,具有更好的社会与经济效益,是我国养老事业未来发展的重点。文章以太原市耐火西巷社区食堂微更新设计为例,利用数据可视化软件,分析了全市老年助餐点、社区食堂等几类社区型就餐设施并探讨了此类空间目前存在的问题,以“参与式设计”“环境行为”“复愈性环境”理论为基础,探讨了城市老旧社区公共空间氛围营造、共建共享的有效策略,从而提升了社区居民的凝聚力和创造力,达到物质文明和精神文明和谐共建的美好社区环境。
Under the guidance of the strategic goal of active aging,China has introduced various programs and policies for elderly care to boost the development of elderly care service industry.Compared with community-based elderly care facilities,large-scale residential elderly care facilities have better social and economic benefits,which is the focus of the future development of China's elderly care industry.Taking the micro-renovation design of the community canteen in Naihuo West Alley,Taiyuan City,as an example,this paper uses data visualization software to analyze several types of community-type dining facilities such as assisted meals for the elderly and community canteens in the city,and discusses the existing problems of such spaces.Based on the theories of"Participatory Design""Environmental Behavior"and"Restorative Environment",this paper also discusses the problems of these spaces.This paper discusses the effective strategies of creating and co-building public space atmosphere in old urban communities,so as to enhance the cohesion and creativity of community residents and achieve a beautiful community environment with harmonious spiritual civilization and material civilization.
