摘要
文章基于宁波市居民出行数据,采用GIS和SPSS软件对宁波市社区建成环境和居民出行数据进行分析,通过多项Logit回归模型的构建,在不同出行目的视角下,探讨了社区建成环境的主、客观属性对居民出行方式的影响。研究表明:(1)客观属性对居民出行方式的影响相较于主观属性的影响更大。(2)在社区建成环境的客观属性上,社区规模对居民出行方式影响最为显著,为正向影响居民高能耗出行。(3)在社区建成环境的主观属性上,道路修建、停车设施对居民出行方式影响最显著。
Based on the travel data of Ningbo residents,the paper uses GIS and SPSS software to analyze the community built environment and residents'travel data in Ningbo,and through the construction of multinomial Logit regression models,it explores the influence of subjective and objective attributes of the community built environment on residents'travel modes under the perspective of different travel purposes.The study shows that:(1)The influence of objective attributes on residents'traveling mode is larger than that of subjective attributes.(2)In terms of objective attributes of the built environment,community size has the most significant impact on residents'travel mode,positively affecting residents'high energy consumption travel.(3)In terms of subjective attributes of the built environment,road construction and parking facilities have the most significant impact on residents'travel modes.
