摘要
职业使命感是个人从事职业活动并获得自我价值,为社会传递积极的责任感。较高的职业使命感有助于增强本科护理专业学生(护生)的心理韧性,保持积极的情绪状态,能缓解护生的倦怠情绪,对护生就职情况有较好的促进作用。该文对护生职业使命感的相关概念、评估工具、研究现状及影响因素等展开综述,旨在为提升本科护生职业使命感提供策略。
Professional mission is the sense of responsibility derived from engaging in professional activities,realizing personal value,and contributing positively to society.A high level of professional mission helps enhance the psychological resilience of undergraduate nursing students,maintain a positive emotional state,alleviate burnout,and positively influence their employment outcomes.This review summarizes the concepts,assessment tools,research progress,and influencing factors of professional mission in nursing students,aiming to provide strategies to enhance the professional mission of undergraduate nursing students.
