摘要
坚持全面依法治国是进一步全面深化改革的重大原则之一,其方向是坚持中国特色社会主义法治道路,其最深厚、最广泛的基础是人民。坚持全面依法治国是习近平法治思想的重要组成部分,是国家治理的深刻革命。坚持全面依法治国与全面深化改革相辅相成,是中国式现代化的重要保障,是社会主义市场经济的必然要求,也是全面从严治党的重要保证。坚持全面依法治国必须坚持党的全面领导,坚持科学民主立法,坚持依法行政和司法公正,坚持德治和法治有机结合,加快推进涉外法治工作。
One of the major principles to further comprehensively deepen the reform is to uphold a comprehensive national rule of law.Its orientation lies in the adherence to a law-based socialist governance with Chinese characteristics,with the people forming the broadest and deepest foundation.The adherence to the comprehensive law-based governance is both an important part of XI Jinping Thought on the rule of law and a profound revolution in the national governance.The adherence to the comprehensive law-based governance and the deepening reform complement each other,which guarantees Chinese-style modernization.Besides an inevitable requirement for the socialist market economy,it is also an important guarantee to the comprehensive and strict Communist Party governance.To uphold the comprehensive law-based national governance,it is critical to comprehensively uphold the Communist Party leadership,to uphold the scientific and democratic legislation,to uphold the law-based administration and judicial justice,to uphold the organic combination of virtue-based and law-based governance,and to quicken the foreign-related governance in accordance with law.
