摘要
糖尿病是一种以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,目前尚无根治的方法,如果得不到控制还会引起其他组织器官的慢性损伤和功能障碍。因此,如果能够对血糖浓度进行及时检测和预警,对预防和控制糖尿病具有重要的意义。在糖尿病的诸多检测项目中,血糖是唯一的标准。本文针对血糖浓度检测技术中的有创、微创和无创测量原理、方法和优缺点进行了详细介绍,并对血糖检测技术进行了总结和展望,提出本实验室的研究思路,以为寻找更好的血糖浓度检测方案提供参考。
Diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia.At present,there is no cure for it.If it is not controlled,it will cause chronic damage and dysfunction of other tissues and organs.If blood glucose concentration can be detected and forewarned in time,it is of great significance to prevent and control diabetes.Among many detection items of diabetes,blood sugar is the only standard.This article provides a detailed introduction to the principles,methods,and advantages and disadvantages of invasive,minimally invasive,and non-invasive measurement techniques in blood glucose concentration detection,and a summary and outlook were made on blood glucose detection technology,proposing research ideas for our laboratory to provide reference for finding better blood glucose concentration detection methods.
