氧化铝陶瓷真空沿面闪络抑制技术研究进展

摘要 氧化铝陶瓷作为绝缘子被广泛应用于高电压真空绝缘系统,但是由于其表面二次电子发射系数大,在高电压和复杂环境下,表面容易集聚电子,引发沿面放电事故。本文首先阐述了沿面闪络产生的机理,结合相关产品的工程实践,从表面刻槽、表面涂层、体掺杂等技术综述了国内外抑制氧化铝陶瓷沿面闪络研究现状,最后展望了氧化铝陶瓷沿面闪络抑制技术的发展方向。 Aluminum oxide ceramics are widely used as insulators in high-voltage vacuum insulation systems.However,due to their high surface secondary electron emission coefficient,electrons are prone to accumulate on the surface in high voltage and complex environments,leading to surface discharge accidents.This article first elaborates on the mechanism of surface flashover,and combined with the engineering practice of the company's related products,summarizes the current research status of suppressing surface flashover of alumina ceramics at home and abroad from the perspectives of surface grooving,surface coating,and bulk doping.Finally,the development direction of surface flashover suppression technology for alumina ceramics was discussed.
