摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定化妆品中23种防腐剂,并对结果进行分析。方法:色谱条件:采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以0.1%磷酸水溶液、乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为30℃。结果:通过采用HPLC同时测定化妆品(47批)中23种防腐剂,发现3批次样品中防腐剂用量超标,6批次样品未检出23种组分中任何一种组分。结论:该方法可为化妆品中防腐剂的检测提供参考依据,梅州市售化妆品存在一定的质量风险,需加强安全风险管控。
Objective:To determine 23 preservatives in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and analyze the results.Methods:Chromatographic conditions:using Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(250 mm 4.6 mm,5μm);with 0.1%aqueous phosphoric acid,acetonitrile as the mobile phase;flow rate is 1.0 mL/min;column temperature is 30℃.Results:By measuring 23 preservatives in cosmetics(47 batches),the number of preservatives in 3 batches of samples exceeded the standard,and no one of 23 components was detected in 6 batches of samples.Conclusion:This method can provide a reference basis for the detection of preservatives in cosmetics.There are certain quality risks for cosmetics sold in Meizhou city,so the safety risk control should be strengthened.
