摘要
铁死亡是一种新型的细胞死亡方式,主要由氧化损伤和还原防护失衡引起。作为一种新型的肿瘤治疗手段,诱导细胞铁死亡引起了研究者们的广泛关注。但是现有的小分子铁死亡诱导剂因水溶性低、半衰期短和靶向能力差等缺点,在临床应用中受到极大限制。随着纳米科学的快速发展,纳米技术为触发细胞铁死亡而治疗肿瘤提供了新的可能性。本文主要综述了基于铁死亡的肿瘤纳米疗法及其与化疗、免疫治疗、超声治疗、光热治疗和化学动力学治疗等方法相结合的联合疗法的最新进展,期望为新型肿瘤治疗方法的开发提供参考。
Ferroptosis is a novel mode of cell death,which is mainly caused by an imbalance between oxidative damage and reductive protection.As a novel tumor therapy method,induction of cellular ferroptosis has attracted extensive attention from researchers.However,existing small-molecular ferroptosis inducers are greatly limited in clinical applications due to the drawbacks of low water solubility,short half-life and poor targeting ability.With the rapid development of nanoscience,nanotechnology offers new possibilities to treat tumors by triggering cellular ferroptosis.This paper mainly reviews the recent progress of tumor nano-therapies based on ferroptosis and their combination therapies with chemotherapy,immunotherapy,ultrasound therapy,photothermal therapy,and chemodynamic therapy,expecting to provide a reference for the development of novel tumor therapeutic approaches.
