摘要
以学生为中心的成果导向教育(Outcome-Based Education,OBE)理念,以培养学生的实际应用能力和创新精神为目标,符合国家对新工科人才的要求。该文以合肥工业大学工业工程专业生产计划与控制课程为例,围绕课程目标、内容规划、教学方法以及多维评价体系的构建,探索OBE理念下课程教学模式改革,以全面促进和评估学生在课程中的学习成果取得和能力发展。
The Outcome-Based Education(OBE)concept,centered around students and oriented towards cultivating their practical application skills and innovative spirit,aligns with the national requirements for talents in the new engineering disciplines.Taking the production planning and control course in the industrial engineering program at Hefei University of Technology as an example,this study explores the reform of the course teaching model under the OBE concept.It focuses on the course objectives,content planning,teaching methods,and the construction of a multidimensional evaluation system,aiming to comprehensively promote and assess students'learning outcomes and skill development in the course.
