摘要
水稻幼苗根系的生长与海藻糖和脱落酸密切相关.以OsABT过表达水稻为材料,考察海藻糖对水稻根系生长生理和相关基因表达的影响.结果显示,OsABT基因能缓解海藻糖对过表达水稻根系生长的抑制作用.同时,可能降低过表达水稻根系中的可溶性糖、海藻糖积累及海藻糖酶活性,表明OsABT基因可影响海藻糖等碳水化合物的代谢进程.qRT-PCR结果表明,海藻糖处理使OsABT过表达水稻根系中海藻糖合成基因OsTPP7表达量下降、分解基因OsTre1表达量上升,ABA信号通路中的负调控基因OsABIL1表达量下降.结果说明在OsABT过表达水稻根系中,海藻糖和ABA是相互协同作用的,推测OsABT基因在海藻糖代谢与ABA合成及ABA信号通路中发挥作用.
The growth of root systems in rice seedlings is closely associated with trehalose and abscisic acid(ABA).Using OsABT-overexpressing rice as the experimental material,this study investigated the effects of trehalose treatment on root growth physiology and related gene expression in rice.The results demonstrated that the OsABT gene alleviated the inhibitory effect of trehalose on root growth in OsABT-overexpressing rice.Concurrently,it might reduced soluble sugar,trehalose accumulation,and trehalase activity in the roots,indicating that OsABT could influence carbohydrate metabolic processes involving trehalose.qRT-PCR analysis revealed that trehalose treatment downregulated the expression of trehalose biosynthesis gene OsTPP7 while upregulating the trehalose catabolism gene OsTre1 in OsABT-overexpressing rice roots.Additionally,the negative regulatory gene OsABIL1 in the ABA signaling pathway exhibited decreased expression.These results suggested coordinated interaction between trehalose and ABA in OsABT-overexpressing rice roots,with OsABT potentially mediating crosstalk between trehalose metabolism and ABA biosynthesis and ABA signaling pathways.
