摘要
随着透平压缩机气体热力学和气体动力学相关技术在工业中的应用与发展,在传统机组运行参数检测和机组运行状态监测与诊断技术的应用之外,采用Lee-Kesler修正的BWR状态方程和三参数对应状态原理计算天然气压缩因子,采用BWRS方程计算天然气焓值。通过算法开发实现透平压缩机运行多变效率在线计算与在线监测,为天然气长输管线透平压缩机长生命周期的健康运行与预测性维护提供新的技术手段。
With the application and development of thermodynamic and aerodynamic technologies related to turbo-compressors in industries,in addition to the traditional detection of operating parameters and monitoring and diagnostic technology for unit operations,the Lee-Kesler modified BWR state equation and the three-parameter corresponding state principle are used to calculate the natural gas compressibility factor,and the BWRS equation is used to calculate the enthalpy of natural gas.Through algorithm development,online calculation and monitoring of variable efficiency during turbo-compressor operation are achieved,providing new technical means for the long-term healthy operation and predictive maintenance of turbo-compressors in natural gas transmission pipelines.
