摘要
目的:观察黄英咳喘糖浆联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽(PIC)的效果。方法:选取2023年12月—2024年2月于开原市中医医院儿科门诊就诊的60例肺炎支原体PIC患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予黄英咳喘糖浆治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.047)。观察组咳嗽、咳痰改善时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生理状况、社会功能、心理健康评分及总分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄英咳喘糖浆联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童肺炎支原体PIC的效果显著,能缓解患儿临床症状,提高生活质量,且安全性较高。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Huangying Kechuan Syrup combined with Montelukast Sodium in treating postinfection cough(PIC)in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods:A total of 60 children diagnosed with Mycoplasma pneumoniae PIC at the pediatric outpatient department of Kaiyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2023 to February 2024 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received Montelukast Sodium treatment,while the observation group received Huangying Kechuan Syrup in addition to Montelukast Sodium.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P=0.047).The improvement time for cough and expectoration in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores for physiological condition,social function,mental health,and total score increased in both groups,with the observation group showing higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Huangying Kechuan Syrup and Montelukast Sodium is effective in treating Mycoplasma pneumoniae PIC in children,alleviating clinical symptoms,improving quality of life,and demonstrating high safety.
