平板热管的研究现状与发展

Research Status and Development of Flat Plate Heat Pipes

摘要 对平板热管的研究现状与发展进行介绍。涉及平板热管结构对性能的影响、平板热管的应用、平板热管的理论与实验研究。国内外的研究学者对平板热管的传热机理与流动状态开展了大量模拟与实验研究,为平板热管的应用提供了理论与数据支撑。平板热管已经在散热、蓄热、建筑墙体保温等领域得到广泛应用。随着电子元器件的微型化,高热流密度元器件的散热将成为平板热管又一重要应用领域。 The research status and development of flat plate heat pipes are introduced,including the influ-ence of flat plate heat pipe structure on performance,the application of flat plate heat pipes and the theoreti-cal and experimental research of flat plate heat pipes.Domestic and foreign researchers have conducted ex-tensive simulation and experimental studies on the heat transfer mechanism and flow state of flat plate heat pipes,providing theoretical and data support for the application of flat plate heat pipes.Flat plate heat pipes have been widely used in heat dissipation,heat storage,building wall insulation and other fields.With the miniaturization of electronic components,heat dis-sipation of high heat flux density components will be-come another important application field of flat plate heat pipes.
