摘要
该文分析“双碳”背景下,在针对化工专业本科生的化工过程与设备课程教学中引入新能源化工过程及微反应器等化工设备的必要性和作用,并提出结合典型的工艺流程,更加系统地介绍储罐、反应器、换热器和塔设备等功能及选型设计思路,加深学生对相关内容的理解。同时结合CFD技术和互联网在线课程资源与现代教学方法,以及专业英语术语的介绍,来提高课程的实用性和学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的主动性。结合教学实践,对以上措施进行教学效果的提升和验证。
This paper analyzes the necessity and role of introducing new energy chemical process and microreactor into the course of Chemical Process and Equipment for undergraduates majoring in chemical engineering under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,and proposes to introduce the functions and selection design ideas of storage tank,reactor,heat exchanger,tower equipment,etc.,more systematically in combination with typical process flow,so as to deepen students'understanding of related content.At the same time,CFD technology,Internet online course resources,modern teaching methods and the introduction of professional English terms are combined to improve the practicality of the course and students'learning interest,cultivate students'initiative,and improve and verify the teaching effect in teaching practice.
