摘要 随着电力体制机制的深化改革,国有电力企业内外部环境发生了前所未有的变化,油田特色新型电力系统建设下的新型供电管理区应运而生。传统党建工作格局已不能满足当前工作需求,需要基层党组织进一步开阔思路、转变观念、创新作为,采取各种有效措施适应新时期新形势新常态。渤埕供电管理区作为新型供电管理区之一,结合企业发展需求,积极探索构建适应新形势、新发展、新要求下的党建考评机制,充分发挥党建政治优势凝聚共识、汇聚合力,促进智慧党建贯穿应用,实现了以高质量党建推进新型供电管理区高质量发展的目标。 With the deepening reform of the power system and mechanism at the national and Shengli Oilfield levels,unprecedented changes have occurred both internally and externally in state-owned power enterprises.As a result,a new type of power supply management zone has emerged under the construction of a new type of power system with oilfield characteristics.The traditional work pattern of party building and the development pattern of enterprises can no longer meet the current work needs.Grassroots party organizations are needed as the specific focus of work implementation,further broaden their thinking,transform their concepts,innovate their actions,and take various effective measures to adapt to the new era,new situation,and new normal.As one of the new power supply management areas,Bocheng Power Supply Management Area actively explores the construction of a party building evaluation mechanism that adapts to the new situation,new development requirements,and meets the needs of enterprise development.It promotes the application of smart party building,fully leverages the political advantages of party building to gather consensus and joint forces,and promotes the high-quality development of the new power supply management area through high-quality party building.
