摘要
目前,城轨车辆广泛采用锂电池系统,其安全性评估至关重要。本文通过分析锂电池系统结构的特点及IEC标准,提出了基于IEC62928和IEC62973-5标准、结合EN50126-1安全评估流程的锂电池系统安全评估方法。该评估方法涵盖火灾(爆炸)安全、电气安全、机械安全、化学安全和功能安全五个维度的内容,旨在为城轨车辆锂电池系统的安全性设计、管理和评价提供参考。
At present,lithium battery systems are widely used in urban rail vehicles,and their safety assessment is crucial.This article proposes a safety assessment method for lithium battery systems based on the characteristics of lithium battery system structure and IEC standards,combined with the EN50126-1 safety assessment process,using IEC62928 and IEC62973-5 standards.The evaluation content of this method covers five dimensions:fire(explosion)safety,electrical safety,mechanical safety,chemical safety,and functional safety,aiming to provide reference for the safety design,management,and evaluation of lithium battery systems for urban rail vehicles.
