摘要
本文基于电气控制系统的组成与功能,归纳总结JW-4G接触网作业车的常见电气故障类型,并提出故障判断的主要方法(观察法、测量法和替换法)。同时,结合电气故障的处置原则与具体方法,强调定期检查、维护保养及操作人员培训的重要性,提出电气系统检修管理及保养策略,以期为JW-4G接触网作业车的稳定运行提供有价值的参考和借鉴。
Based on the composition and function of electrical control system,this paper summarizes the common electrical fault types of JW-4G catenary operation vehicle,and puts forward the main methods of fault judgment(observation method,measurement method and replacement method).At the same time,combined with the disposal principles and specific methods of electrical faults,the importance of regular inspection,maintenance and operator training is emphasized,and the maintenance management and maintenance strategy of electrical system is put forward,in order to provide valuable reference for the stable operation of JW-4G catenary operation vehicle.
