TBL结合PBL教学模式在甲状腺乳腺外科临床见习中的应用研究

摘要 目的 探讨以团队为基础的学习(team-based learning, TBL)结合以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning, PBL)教学模式在甲状腺乳腺外科临床见习中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1—12月新疆医科大学第二附属医院甲状腺乳腺外科的62名见习生为研究对象,依据不同教学模式分为两组,各31名。A组采用常规教学模式,B组采用TBL结合PBL教学模式,比较两组的考核成绩、综合能力、教学满意度。结果 B组见习生的考核成绩优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。B组见习生的文献检索能力、信息分析能力、沟通交流能力、问题解决能力、团队协作能力优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。B组的总满意率为96.77%(30/31),高于A组的74.19%(23/31),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.679,P<0.05)。结论 将TBL结合PBL教学模式应用于甲状腺乳腺外科临床见习,不仅能够促进知识与实践的深度融合,使见习生在解决实际临床问题中深化对专业知识的理解,还能全面提升其综合素质。 Objective To explore the application effect of team-based learning(TBL)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching mode in clinical probation of thyroid and breast surgery.Methods A total of sixty-two clinical interns in the Department of Breast and Thyroid Surgery of Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different teaching modes,with thirty-one in each group.Group A adopted the conventional teaching mode,group B adopted the TBL combined with PBL teaching mode,and compared the assessment results,comprehensive ability and teaching sat⁃isfaction of the two groups.Results The assessment scores of interns in group B were better than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The literature retrieval ability,information analysis ability,communication ability,problem solving ability and teamwork ability of interns in group B were better than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of group B was 96.77%(30/31),higher than 74.19%(23/31)of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.679,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TBL and PBL teaching mode in clinical probation of thyroid and breast surgery can not only promote the deep integration of knowledge and practice,but also improve the trainees'comprehensive quality in solving practical clinical problems.
