摘要
目的 评估外科护理管理中运用护理风险管理的作用。方法 选取费县梁邱中心卫生院外科的20名护士为研究对象,2023年1—6月执行常规管理(参照组),2023年7—12月执行护理风险管理(研究组),比较两组护士风险防控水平、护理质量、管理满意度。结果 研究组护士风险防控水平中风险意识(94.51±1.56)分、风险防控态度(95.65±2.15)分、风险防控行(96.23±1.21)分,均高于参照组的(89.56±2.44)分、(89.89±3.23)分、(88.37±2.67)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.643、6.638、11.991,P均<0.001)。研究组护理质量、满意度均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 护理风险管理能够提高护理质量,降低科室护理风险。
Objective To evaluate the role of nursing risk management in surgical nursing management.Methods A total of twenty nurses from the surgery department of Liangqiu Central Health Center were selected as the research ob⁃jects.Routine management was performed from January to June 2023(reference group),and nursing risk management was performed from July to December 2023(study group).The risk prevention and control level,nursing quality and management satisfaction of nurses in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of risk awareness,risk preven⁃tion and control attitude and risk prevention and control behavior of nurses in the study group were 94.51±1.56,95.65±2.15 and 96.23±1.21,which were higher than 89.56±2.44,89.89±3.23 and 88.37±2.67 in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.643,6.638,11.991,all P<0.001).The nursing quality scores and anagement satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were sta⁃tistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management can improve the quality of nursing and reduce the risk of department nursing.
