摘要
以石墨毡、炭黑和聚四氟乙烯(Polytetrafluoroethylene,PTFE)为原料,采用浸渍-煅烧-涂覆-煅烧制备一种超疏水炭黑-聚四氟乙烯改性石墨毡(Carbon Black-Polytetrafluoroethylene/Graphite Felt,CB-PTFE/GF)双氧水电极,最佳条件下的双氧水产率达到108.2 mg/L·h^(-1),电极运行300 h后的双氧水产率仍然保持83.3%,对衣物上酱油渍和大肠杆菌具有良好的杀菌去污效果,60 min的杀菌率达到99.98%,在H_(2)O_(2)合成和环境修复方面具有很大的产业化潜力。
A superhydrophobic gas diffusion electrode of CB-PTFE/GF for H_(2)O_(2) generation was prepared via impregnation-calcina-tion-coating-calcination method.Graphite felt was chosen as conductive substrate,carbon black and polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)were used as modifiers.CB-PTFE/GF achieved a H_(2)O_(2) yield of 108.2 mg/L·h^(-1) under the optimal conditions.H_(2)O_(2) yield remained 83.3%after 300 h of operation.CB-PTFE/GF has a satisfied sterilization for E.coli and detergency for soy sauce where 99.98%of E.coli was killed within 60 min.Hence,it had a promising application in H_(2)O_(2) electrochemical synthesis and environmental remediation.
