摘要
喜都二号是以自交系J84-P5为母本、以XD52-9B为父本杂交选育而成的中果型西瓜新品种。该品种植株生长势强,在甘肃、河南春季露地栽培果实发育期31 d左右,全生育期95 d左右。果实近圆形,果皮绿色覆墨绿色条纹,果面有蜡粉,果皮厚度0.96 cm,瓜瓤红色,瓤质酥脆多汁,口感好。中心可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)13.1%,边部10.2%。单瓜质量6.2 kg,667 m^(2)产量5070 kg左右。果皮硬,不易裂果,耐贮运,较耐低温弱光。适宜在甘肃省、河南省春季露地及早春茬保护地种植。2022年通过农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记。
Xidu No.2 is a new hybrid first-generation medium fruit watermelon with inbred line J84-P5 as the female parent and XD52-9B as the male parent.The plant growth potential of this variety is strong,in Gansu and Henan,the fruit development period of spring field cultivation is about 31 days,and the entire growth period is about 95 days.The fruit is nearly round with peel wax powder,the fruit peel is green with dark green stripes,and it is covered with wax powder.The peel thickness is about 0.96 cm,the flesh is red,the pulp is crisp and juicy,and the taste is good.The central soluble solids content is about 13.1%,and the edge is about 10.2%.The single watermelon mass is about 6.2 kg,the output of 667 m^(2) is about 5070 kg。The fruit peel is hard,resistant to cracking,and tolerates storage and transportation well.It is also rela-tively resistant to low temperature and weak light。It is suitable for planting in spring open field and early spring stubble protected field in Gansu province and Henan province.
