摘要
为了探究不同质量分数油橄榄果渣栽培基质对线辣椒生长和品质的影响,以油橄榄果渣、棉籽壳、麸皮、珍珠岩为主料栽培线辣椒,分别添加含油橄榄果渣0%(S0)、10%(S4)、25%(S3)、50%(S2)和75%(S1)等5个处理,检测线辣椒的品质及产量等指标,并采用相关性分析和主成分分析法对线辣椒营养品质进行综合评价。结果表明,与S0相比,添加油橄榄果渣的S1、S2、S3和S4处理的线辣椒总产量提高了10.21%~65.80%,线辣椒中水分、蛋白质、多糖、维生素C和游离氨基酸的含量均显著高于对照(S0),粗纤维含量显著低于S0;S1处理的线辣椒总氨基酸含量最高,可达8.22 g·100 g^(-1),是S0的2.47倍,必需氨基酸含量占比(EAA/TAA)超过推荐标准值,综合品质和营养成分较佳。总之,通过添加油橄榄果渣作为线辣椒栽培基质的方法完全可行,更有利于线辣椒生长和综合品质提升,其中添加75%油橄榄果渣(S1)更适用于线辣椒栽培。
In order to investigate the effects of different quality fractions of olive pomace cultivation substrates on the growth and quality of chili pepper,olive pomace,cottonseed hulls,bran and perlite straw were used as the main materials to cultivate chili pepper.Five treatments including 0%olive pomace(S0),10%olive pomace(S4),25%olive pomace(S3),50%olive pomace(S2)and 75%olive pomace(S1)were added to detect the quality,yield and other indicators of chili pepper.Correlation analysis and principal component analysis were used to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the nutritional quality of chili pepper,so as to provide reference for the feasibility of olive pomace cultivation of chili pep-per.The results indicated that compared with S0,the total yield of chili pepper treated with olive pomace in S1,S2,S3 and S4 increased by 10.21%to 65.80%.The content of water,protein,polysaccharides,vitamin C and free amino acids in chili pepper were significantly higher than that in the control group,while the content of crude fiber was significantly low-er than that in S0.The total amino acid content of chili pepper treated with S1 was the highest reaching 8.22 g·100 g^(-1),which was 2.47 times higher than S0.Its essential amino acid/total amino acid(EAA/TAA)exceeded the recommended standard value,and its comprehensive quality and nutritional components were better.In summary,it was completely fea-sible to use the method of adding olive pomace as a cultivation substrate for chili pepper,and it is more conducive to the growth and overall quality improvement of chili pepper.Adding 75%olive pomace treatment(S1)was more suitable for the cultivation of chili pepper.
