益生菌酸奶对成人肠道菌群及睡眠质量的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章探究含乳双歧杆菌的益生菌酸奶对成人肠道菌群以及睡眠质量的影响。筛选100名18~44岁存在胃肠道疾病风险或睡眠障碍风险的志愿者,随机分为干预组、对照组,每组50人,干预组每日摄入益生菌酸奶1份,持续28 d,对照组不摄入益生菌酸奶及任何益生菌制品。采用实时荧光PCR方法定量检测受试者试验前后粪便中双歧杆菌含量变化,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表和运动手环收集睡眠情况信息。结果表明,在肠道菌群方面,干预组在益生菌酸奶干预后第14天时,粪便中双歧杆菌属和乳双歧杆菌含量显著高于干预前第0天水平(t=3.090,P=0.004;t=13.514,P=0),同样,在第28天和干预结束后第7天,乳双歧杆菌种含量均显著高于第0天(t=11.828,P=0;t=13.867,P=0);而对照组各个时间点之间粪便中双歧杆菌水平含量均无显著变化。在睡眠情况方面,干预组第14天、28天和结束后第7天匹兹堡睡眠指数均显著低于第0天(t=-3.186,P=0.006;t=-3.807,P=0;t=-2.655,P=0.011),睡眠质量得到显著改善;对照组仅有结束后第7天得分略低于干预前第0天水平,具有统计学差异(t=-2.531,P=0.013)。此外,手环数据显示酸奶干预后干预组平均深睡比例有增高趋势,平均浅睡比例、平均零星小睡时长具有下降趋势。相反,对照组平均深睡比例减少,平均浅睡比例、平均零星小睡时长均增加,但均无统计学差异。表明服用含乳双歧杆菌的益生菌酸奶可明显提高肠道内双歧杆菌属及乳双歧杆菌含量,持续服用第14天效果最为显著,且具有改善睡眠质量,增加夜间深睡比例,降低日间零星小睡时长,缓解日间疲劳感并增强精神活力的效果。 To investigate the effects of probiotic yogurt containing Bifidobacterium lactis on the intestinal flora and sleep quality of adults.A total of 100 volunteers aged 18-44 years with a risk of gastrointestinal diseases or sleep disorders were screened and randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group,with 50 people in each group.The intervention group consumed one serving of probiotic yogurt daily for 28 days,while the control group did not consume any probiotic yogurt or other probiotic products.Real-time fluorescent PCR was used to quantitatively detect changes in the content of Bifidobacterium in feces before and after the trial.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and sports bracelets were used to collect information on sleep status.In terms of intestinal flora,the contents of Bifidobacterium and Bifidobacterium lactis in feces of the intervention group were significantly higher on the 14th day after the intervention with probiotic yogurt than on the 0th day before the intervention(t=3.090,P=0.004;t=13.514,P=0).Similarly,the contents of Bifidobacterium lactis were significantly higher on the 28th day and the 7th day after the intervention than on the 0th day(t=11.828,P=0;t=13.867,P=0).However,there were no significant changes in the levels of Bifidobacterium in feces among the control group at various time points.In terms of sleep status,the Pittsburgh Sleep Index scores of the intervention group were significantly lower on the 14th day,28th day,and the 7th day after the intervention than on the 0th day(t=-3.186,P=0.006;t=-3.807,P=0;t=-2.655,P=0.011),indicating a significant improvement in sleep quality.In the control group,only the score on the 7th day after the intervention was slightly lower than that on the 0th day before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.531,P=0.013).Additionally,the bracelet data showed a trend of increased average deep sleep ratio and decreased average light sleep ratio and average fragmented nap duration in the intervention group after yogurt intervention.In contrast,the control group showed a decrease in average deep sleep ratio and increases in average light sleep ratio and average fragmented nap duration,but these differences were not statistically significant.Conclusion:Consuming probiotic yogurt containing Bifidobacterium lactis can significantly increase the contents of Bifidobacterium and Bifidobacterium lactis in the intestine,and the effect is most significant after continuous consumption for 14 days.Additionally,it was found to improve sleep quality,increase the proportion of deep sleep during the night,reduce the duration of daytime fragmented naps,alleviate daytime fatigue,and enhance mental vitality.
