宫体浸润的宫颈鳞癌1例并文献复习

摘要 宫颈癌主要转移途径有直接蔓延和淋巴转移,血行转移极少见。直接蔓延为癌组织局部浸润,而后向邻近器官及组织扩散,常向下累及阴道壁,极少由宫颈管向上扩散累及宫腔。因此,在治疗前诊断宫颈癌宫体浸润往往比较困难。以宫体浸润为主要表现的宫颈癌,在术前极易误诊为子宫内膜癌。本文报告1例以宫体浸润为主要表现的宫颈鳞癌患者的诊治过程,并整理相关文献资料,旨在为病情复杂的宫颈癌患者的诊治提供参考。
