摘要
整车腐蚀试验是车型开发时必须完成的大型试验。对于不同强度要求的整车腐蚀试验,其强度当量控制一直是行业关注的热点。通过正交试验设计的方式,研究影响整车腐蚀试验强度的因素,分析其贡献量,得出定性和半定量的试验强度当量控制策略结论,并给出2种调整强度的具体实施方法。
A complete vehicle corrosion test is a crucial large-scale test that must be conducted during the vehicle type development.OEMs always focus on corrosion strength control strategy to meet different strength requirements.This paper designed the Taguchi test to analyze the contribution of various corrosion test parameters,obtaining both qualitative and semi-quantitative conclusions.Ultimately,it provided two specific corrosion strength control strategies.
