摘要
本文旨在深入分析高职院校智能制造专业群学生工程实践创新能力的培养现状,研究影响其培养的教育资源分配不均、师资力量薄弱、学生理论知识掌握与实际操作技能之间脱节和学生创新能力不足等关键因素,最终提出切实可行的对策与建议,以期为高职教育改革提供理论支持和实践指导。
This paper aims to deeply analyze the current situation of engineering practice and innovation ability training of students in intelligent manufacturing majors in higher vocational institutes,studies the key factors affecting their cultivation,such as uneven distribution of educational resources,weak faculty,disconnection between students'theoretical knowledge and practical skills,and insufficient innovation ability,and finally puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the reform of higher vocational education.
