摘要
目的研究提高卫生理化检验规范性的质量管理措施。方法选取2021年10月—2023年11月肥城市疾病预防控制中心的23名工作人员为研究对象,按管理模式不同分为两组,2021年10月—2022年10月采用常规管理,记作常规管理组;2022年11月—2023年11月采用全过程质量管理,记作全过程质量管理组。对比两组工作人员综合素质评分、工作能力评分、工作满意度。结果全过程质量管理组工作人员的综合素质各维度评分、工作能力各维度评分均高于常规管理组,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。全过程质量管理组的工作人员工作满意度为96.65%(22/23),高于常规管理组的73.91%(17/23),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.696,P>0.05)。结论全过程质量管理效果明显,可全面强化工作人员综合素质,提高工作人员工作能力,人员工作满意度也较高,值得借鉴。
Objective To study the quality management measures to improve the standardization of health physical and chemical inspection.Methods A total of twenty-three staff members who served in the Feicheng Center for Disease Control and Prevention from October 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different management modes.From October 2021 to October 2022,routine management was adopted and recorded as routine management group.From November 2022 to November 2023,the whole process quality management was adopted and recorded as the whole process quality management group.The comprehensive quality score,work ability score and job satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of each dimension of the comprehensive quality and each dimension of the working ability of the staff in the whole process quality management group were higher than those in the conventional management group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The job satisfaction of the whole process quality management group was 96.65%(22/23),which was higher than 73.91%(17/23)of the routine management group,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.696,P>0.05).Conclusion The whole process quality management effect is obvious,which can comprehensively strengthen the comprehensive quality of the staff,improve the working ability of the staff,and the job satisfaction of the staff is also high,which is worth learning.
