摘要
老年咳喘是社区老年人的常见病、多发病,亦是难治病,一旦合并感染,邪气趁虚而入里,传变迅速,易致重症,病情危笃。方邦江教授依据“治痿独取阳明”的中医理论,结合老年人群“正气虚衰”的生理特点,创新提出“阳明法”内外兼治老年咳喘,采用内外结合、针药并进的方法,以治本健脾为主,倡导“急者亦可治其本”,杜绝生痰之源,取得良好临床疗效,为基层中医药治疗老年咳喘提供了新的思路与技术。
Cough and asthma is a common and frequent disease among elderly people in the community and it is also a refractory disease.When complicated by infection,the pathogenic factors can enter the interior,causing rapid transformation and easily leading to severe and critical conditions.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory of“Treating Flaccidity through the Yang Ming Meridian”and taking into account the physiological characteristics of“Qi deficiency”in the elderly population,professor FANG Bangjiang has innovatively proposed the“Regulating Yang Ming”approach of internal and external therapy for treating elderly cough and asthma,which focuses on strengthening the spleen to treat the root cause,advocating for“treating the root even in critical situations”to eliminate the source of phlegm.This approach has yielded good clinical results and can provide new ideas and techniques for community-level traditional Chinese medicine treatment of elderly cough and asthma.
