摘要
银屑病是一种在多基因遗传背景下由免疫因素介导的慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病,其病程长,易复发,迁延难愈,不仅给患者带来身体上的不适,还可能与精神疾病共病,严重影响患者的生活质量。本文浅析银屑病与精神疾病共病的病因病机。心主神明和血脉,心功能失常是银屑病与精神疾病共病的基础。情志因素如长期焦虑、抑郁等,体质因素如心虚或心火偏旺,外感因素如风邪,饮食因素如过食辛辣,劳倦因素如过度劳累、熬夜等,均可影响心功能。银屑病与精神疾病共病的病机包括心经病变与气血失和、心与脏腑功能失调、心阴阳失调、心经湿热毒邪蕴结。
Psoriasis,a chronic,recurrent,and inflammatory skin disease mediated by immune factors under a polygenic genetic background,has a long course,is prone to recurrence and difficult to heal.It not only causes physical discomfort to patients but also may be comorbid with psychosis disorders,severely affecting patients’quality of life.This article briefly analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis comorbid with psychosis disorders.The dysfunction of the heart in governing the mind and blood vessels serves as the basis for comorbidity.Emotional factors such as long-term anxiety and depression,constitutional factors like heart deficiency or excessive heart fire,exogenous factors such as wind pathogen,dietary factors like overconsumption of spicy foods,and overwork and stay up late can all impact the function of the heart.The pathogenesis encompasses disorders of the heart meridian and disharmony of Qi and blood,dysfunction of the heart and viscera,imbalance of Yin and Yang of the heart,and accumulation of damp-heat and toxic pathogens in the heart meridian.
