摘要
探讨人工智能背景下编辑职业角色转型路径与核心能力塑造,为编辑身份建构提供理论依循和实践指导,以应对新技术带来的挑战。文章通过文献研究、学理阐述及相关案例分析,指出人工智能从选题策划、内容生成、排版设计、编辑加工与校对、营销与发行等方面赋能编辑工作,但还存在技术局限、数据缺陷、侵权风险、导向偏差等问题。编辑需要主动因应人工智能技术赋能出版产业所创造的新业态,实现从单一职能向复合职能、从内容提供者向价值发现者、从被动应对向主动引导的转变,从增强内容整合与创新能力、数据驱动与决策能力、内容深度把关能力等方面重塑编辑核心能力,实现职业角色转型。
In recent years,artificial intelligence technology has developed rapidly,and various artificial intelligence models have continuously broken through the technological circle,radiating to various industries in society and gradually promoting social transformation and upgrading.In the field of publishing,artificial intelligence technology,as a new quality productivity,gradually realizes the application of the entire process and industry chain,promotes the digitalization construction and development of the publishing industry,and greatly changes the pattern of the publishing industry.While artificial intelligence technology empowers the publishing industry,it will inevitably profoundly affect the work content and methods of traditional editors,and put forward new requirements for their professional abilities.In order to cope with the challenges brought by technological changes,it is particularly urgent and necessary for editors to reshape their professional roles,clarify their career transformation paths,and build their competency maps that adapt to the new technological environment.To explore the transformation path and core competencies of the editorial profession under the background of artificial intelligence,in order to cope with the crisis of editorial professional identity and provide the theoretical guidance and the practical guidance for the construction of editorial identity,this article focuses on the new formats and practices created by artificial intelligence empowering the publishing industry,which put forward new requirements for editorial professional competencies.Through literature research,theoretical exposition,and relevant case analysis,it comprehensively analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by artificial intelligence technology in reengineering the publishing process to the editorial work.Based on pointing out the transformation path of editorial professional roles,it explores the core competencies of editors under new technological conditions,and strives to explore the identity value and transformation of editorial roles from the perspective of dialectical combination of"change"and"constancy".Research has found that as an important driving force for the transformation of the publishing industry,the application of artificial intelligence runs through multiple links,including topic selection planning,content generation,layout design,editing and proofreading,and marketing and distribution,injecting new vitality into the reengineering of the editing process and innovation of the publishing industry,effectively promoting the implementation of the integrated development strategy of publishing,and significantly accelerating the transformation process of the publishing industry and editorial roles.The intervention of artificial intelligence in the knowledge production process not only improves the efficiency of knowledge production and brings great convenience to the editing work,but also poses many challenges to editors due to technical limitations,data defects,infringement risks,and directional deviations.The new landscape of the publishing industry constructed by artificial intelligence technology has redefined the role of editors.As important actors in the publishing field,editors need to actively respond,constantly adjust their roles,find career transformation paths,and achieve the transformation from a single function to a composite function,from a content provider to a value discoverer,and from the passive response to the active guidance.Reshaping core skills in human-machine coexistence,focusing on core driving forces,and enhancing content integration and innovation capabilities,data-driven and decision-making capabilities,and content depth control capabilities are necessary to grasp the overall situation,better achieve the role transformation,and meet the challenges of the times.
