摘要
培育新质生产力对于都市农业高质量发展至关重要。实施乡村休闲旅游提升计划是近年来中央一号文件的重点内容,城乡深度融合为大都市区乡村休闲旅游发展带来新机遇。以新质生产力为视角,以共生理论为依据,结合北京市大兴区乡村休闲旅游的实践探索,总结提炼了产城融合、港城融合和镇城融合的三类代表性乡村休闲旅游业发展模式,构建了乡村旅游休闲商业模式创新的“倒金字塔”模型,为大都市区发展乡村新质生产力业态,拓展农业多种功能、挖掘乡村多元价值进而推动乡村产业振兴提供案例借鉴,为实现城乡融合、园镇一体提升发展乡村休闲旅游产业提供了商业模式创新的研究思路。
Cultivating new quality productivity is crucial for the high-quality development of urban agriculture.The implementation of the rural leisure tourism promotion plan is the key content of the No.1 central document in recent years.The deep integration of urban and rural areas has brought new opportunities for the development of rural leisure tourism in metropolitan areas.From the perspective of new quality productivity and based on the theory of symbiosis,combined with the practical exploration of rural leisure tourism in Daxing District,Beijing,three representative development models of rural leisure tourism industry,namely industry city integration,port city integration,and town city integration,have been summarized and extracted.A“inverted pyramid”model for the innovation of rural tourism leisure business models has been constructed,providing case references for the development of new quality productivity formats in rural areas,expanding multiple functions of agriculture,exploring diverse values of rural areas,and promoting the revitalization of rural industries in metropolitan areas.This provides research ideas for business model innovation to achieve urban-rural integration and the integration of parks and towns to enhance the development of rural leisure tourism industry.
