摘要
目的探讨银杏二萜制剂联合胞磷胆碱治疗老年急性脑梗死(ACI)合并颈动脉不稳定斑块的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月河南宏力医院收治的84例老年ACI合并颈动脉不稳定斑块患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(42例)和观察组(42例)。对照组给予胞磷胆碱治疗,观察组给予银杏二萜制剂联合胞磷胆碱治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、斑块面积小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的总抗氧化能力(TAC)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论银杏二萜制剂联合胞磷胆碱治疗老年ACI合并颈动脉不稳定斑块患者的效果较好,不仅能改善神经功能,还能调节颈动脉不稳定斑块情况,增强抗氧化能力,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of ginkgo diterpene preparation combined with citicoline in the treatment of elderly acute cerebral infarction(ACI)complicated with carotid artery unstable plaque.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with ACI complicated with carotid artery unstable plaque admitted in Henan Hongli Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(42 cases).The control group was treated with citicoline,and the observation group was treated with ginkgo diterpene preparation combined with citicoline.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the intima-media thickness(IMT)and plaque area of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total antioxidant capacity(TAC),catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The ginkgo diterpene preparation combined with citicoline in the treatment of elderly patients with ACI complicated with carotid artery unstable plaque has a better effect,it can not only improve nerve function,but also regulate carotid artery unstable plaque,and enhance antioxidant capacity,which is worthy of clinical application.
