摘要
紧密围绕绍兴市社区嵌入式设施建设的核心议题,深入探索并旨在构建“一老一小”全面保障的新型社会服务体系典范。通过对国内外成功案例的深入剖析,提炼出一系列可借鉴的经验与做法,旨在构建绍兴市社区嵌入式“一老一小”服务保障新体系。随后提出具有前瞻性和针对性的对策建议,包括优化规划布局与设施建设、创新服务内容与模式、促进资源整合与共治、完善评估与反馈机制,并强化政策执行与监督,确保各项措施得到有效落实。
This study closely focuses on the core issue of community-embedded facility development in Shaoxing and aims to ex-plore and establish a pioneering social service system for the comprehensive support of both the"old and young".By analyzing successful domestic and international cases,the study extracts a series of replicable experiences and best practices to build a new community-embedded support system for the the"old and young"in Shaoxing.Furthermore,forward-looking and targeted policy recommendations are proposed,including optimizing planning and infrastructure,innovating service content and models,promo-ting resource integration and co-governance,improving evaluation and feedback mechanisms,and strengthening policy implemen-tation and supervision to ensure effective execution of various initiatives.
