摘要
当前,我国可再生能源行业正面临大规模设备更新,这一工作亟需标准化规范。本文分析了可再生能源行业更新改造发展现状,介绍了目前水电和新能源领域设备更新改造的标准化工作基础,在此基础上从加强体系引领,着力关键标准研制,协同产业发展、科技创新与标准化发展,积极推动标准国际化等方面提出了建议,旨在通过标准化引领,推动可再生能源行业大规模设备更新改造的高效有序进行,提升行业整体竞争力。
Currently,China's renewable energy industry is facing large-scale equipment renewal,which requires standardization urgently.This paper analyzes the current status of equipment renewal and renovation in the renewable energy industry,introduces the existing foundation of standardization work in the fields of hydropower and new energy equipment renewal and renovation,and on this basis,provides recommendations focused on strengthening systematic guidance,intensifying key standards development,coordinating industrial development,technological innovation,and standardization,and actively promoting international standardization.The aim is to promote the efficient and orderly large-scale equipment renewal and renovation in the renewable energy industry through standardization,thereby enhancing the overall competitiveness of the industry.
